Q: I’ve never employed an investigator. How do I go about it?
A: Give me a call in complete confidence, I will provide you with a verbal plan followed up by a written plan if required. If you have quite a lot of comprehensive information, I would recommend you email me and I can process this initially before we talk so I can be prepared.
Q: Are you licensed private investigators?
A: Yes, Im licensed under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.
Q: Where in New Zealand do you operate?
A: Im base the Mount Maunganui but can work nationwide.
Q: I think my staff are stealing from me. What do I do now?
A: We’re experts at problem solving, we need to understand all the issues you are facing and provide you with a plan. We can use techniques such as surveillance & covert investigations.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We can provide you with an accurate estimate. In some instances a deposit will be required.
Q: Separation and Divorce proceedings and what to do:
A: Go to https://www.justice.govt.
Q: How do I arrange service of the application?
A: The Court will give you some instructions about what you need to do. This is where we can help you.
Q: Can I serve divorce papers on my spouse myself?
A: No you cannot. You need an independent third party to do this for you.
Q: Are you able to assist in finding a missing person?
A: Yes. You will need to provide us with as much accurate information as possible e.g. full name, last known address, how long since they resided there. Any helpful phone numbers, exact date of birth, friends or colleagues that the POI (person of interest) may still keep in touch with.
